Payment
At checkout you choose cash to the courier or a transfer / QR. Card, rouble and crypto payments and company invoices are arranged by the manager after the order is confirmed — just tell us what suits you.

Cash to the courier
Across Thailand, for orders up to 30,000 THB. In baht, when you receive the water. Need change from a large note? Mention it in the order comment.

PromptPay QR
A transfer from any Thai banking app, with no fee. The manager sends a QR code — the money arrives within seconds.
- Via the manager
Visa and Mastercard
Pay through a secure link sent by the manager. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page — we never see them.

Roubles: transfer or SBP
From a Russian bank card or through SBP. The rouble amount is set at the rate on the day of payment.

Cryptocurrency
Handy when you have neither roubles nor baht. The manager sends the coin, network and wallet address.
- For companies
Invoice for companies
Tax invoice. For hotels, restaurants, spas and shops — an invoice with company details. Regular clients can get payment terms.

Volume discounts and delivery
The catalogue price is for one case. The bigger the order, the lower the price: the discount is applied automatically and shown in the cart.

Refunds
If an order is cancelled before delivery, or goods are returned under the terms of sale, we refund the money by the same method you paid with. How fast it arrives depends on the bank.
